Parking & Access to the Centre

The conference will use the Grey Street entrance to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Travelling to the Centre

Parking
Car Parks 2 & 3 are best for Grey Street rooms via Russell Street Walkway. For more information about parking at BCEC please head over to their Car Parking Page.

Taxi
Taxi ranks are located outside the main entrance to the Centre on Merivale Street. There is a taxi drop off located at the Convention Centre Grey Street entrance.

Pedestrian
Russell Walk connects pedestrians between Merivale and Grey Street underneath the building. Use the Grey Street entrance at BCEC.

Trains
South Brisbane Railway Station adjacent to the Convention Centre on Grey Street or South Bank Railway Station are the most convenient stations to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

AirTrain
Catch the AirTrain from South Brisbane station to Brisbane’s international and domestic airports. Tickets are available for this service from the Information Desk or you can pre-book at the AirTrain Website.

Bus Services
The Cultural Centre Station on Melbourne Street and the South Bank Busway Station cnr of Colchester and Tribune Streets are closest to BCEC. Translink manage the Brisbane City bus services, for more information on routes and to plan your journey click here.

CityCats
The public transport ferries CityCats operate everyday and stop at the South Bank River Terminal on the Clem Jones Promenade. The inner-city ferry travels between the CBD, North Quay and Kangaroo Point, stopping at South Bank Terminal 1 and 2 on the Clem Jones Promenade.

BCEC Information Desks

There are two Information Desks at BCEC, located in the main foyers. The desks will open 30 minutes prior to the conference start and close 15 minutes after the conference close each day.

The Information Desk staff provides a wide range of services including:
– Internet Café Access
– Air Train tickets, Car Park Passes
– Sale of sundry items
– Photocopying (Colour and B&W), faxing, printing
– Upcoming BCEC event flyers for visitors
– Monitoring of Taxi rank including use of courtesy phones
– Complimentary Cloakroom
– Visitor information on South Bank and Brisbane
– Ticket sales for all Ticketek Events in Australia

ATMs

There are two ATMs situated on the main exhibition concourse, next to Olio Cafe & Bar on the Grey Street Ground Level and on the Merivale Street side of BCEC. Other ATMs are available nearby in the South Bank precinct.
